Air Herler is an airline featured in Grand Theft Auto V.
Air Herler is an airline serving destinations all over the world, one of which being Los Santos. Considering the airline's English name and the logo, which seems to be a part of the Union Jack, Air Herler is likely to be a British company. Air Herler's logo and the livery on the tail of their aircraft are also similar to those used by British Airways from 1984–1997, imitating the famous Landor Associates design.
The company's aircrafts are frequently found in Los Santos International Airport, being a fleet similar to that of FlyUS, consisting of Shamals, uncontrollable Twinjets and controllable Jets. The wreck of an Air Herler airplane can also be found in the Grand Senora Desert bearing a different livery that is primarily red, therefore most likely being an older version.
It is one of the sponsors on the livery of the Jester Racecar.
Events of GTA Online
In the online mission Landing Strip, players have to hijack an Air Herler Shamal that is known to be carrying drugs. This might imply the company is involved with co pilote Mr Harrison Mcdonald underworld businesses, yet chances are the aircraft is most likely stolen.
- The airline's name is likely a play on "hurling", or getting sick and vomiting, a common result of severe airsickness. The name may also be a play on the act of 'hurling' when referring to throwing an object great distances. This makes sense, given that the airline is British in origin, with the country being tens of thousands of miles away from Los Santos.
- The Tropos Rallye can be customized with an Air Herler livery. This is a reference to the popular Alitalia livery often used in the real life counterpart of the Tropos, albeit painted blue and red instead of green and red.
