Holy rev. Joe's Flophouse is a flophouse that appears in Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto Advance and Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. Donald Love resides here for awhile after spending his entire wealth in a campaign for mayor. It is here where Toni Cipriani receive Donald Love's missions to regain his wealth. By 2001 the building is now a Noodle Punk Factory.
