Isaac is a deceased character in Grand Theft Auto V, who is featured exclusively in the enhanced version.
Isaac is an actor who worked for Fred's Pictures. Fred Quincy, the founder of the film studio, wanted Isaac to produce a cartoon film called "Bip the Dog", while Isaac wanted to make a live-action film with Abe Schwartzman for a different studio. Because of this, Quincy killed Isaac and hid his body in an abandoned mine in Great Chaparral, sometime before or during 1949.
Discovering Isaac's body unlocks the vintage filters, as he is the final part of the Murder Mystery, and finding his corpse while doing the mystery will unlock the filters and add his contact to the protagonists' phones. Calling him or visiting his corpse will allow the player to change the filters whenever they wish.
- Even though Isaac was killed in 1949, he has barely decomposed, though he is severely dehydrated. Since decomposition usually takes between three and nine months, Isaac should be little more than a skeleton. If his corpse is shot at, it will bleed.
- This is because Isaac is actually a pedestrian model who is scripted to lay immediately dead on the ground. This is the same for the body found underwater at the earlier part of the murder mystery, as well as Brad's corpse during the mission Bury the Hatchet. They are all spawnable using trainers or cheat devices in the PC version.
- He wears a vintage suit similar to the suits in the Valentine's Day Massacre Special.
