Jeff Steitzer (born November 28, 1951, in Deadwood, South Dakota) is an American actor and voice actor who voiced Chief and Pete Banbury on Gordon Moorehead Rides Again, a radio program broadcast on Vice City Public Radio in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. He provided the voices of firefight announcer, announcer additional voices and multiplayer announcer in seven Halo video games.
