Jeff Steitzer (born November 28, 1951, in Deadwood, South Dakota) is an American actor and voice actor who voiced Chief and Pete Banbury on Gordon Moorehead Rides Again, a radio program broadcast on Vice City Public Radio in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. He provided the voices of firefight announcer, announcer additional voices and multiplayer announcer in seven Halo video games. He appeared in TV shows such as The Cleveland Show, The Fugitive, Law & Order and 30 Rock.
