- "Put these assholes in the ground, brothers!"
- ―Brian Jeremy to his gang.
Jeremy's Biker gang is a gang featured as the tertiary antagonistic group of The Lost and Damned. After Billy Grey's arrest, Brian Jeremy -- who refused to follow the new president's rule out of respect for Billy -- defected from The Lost. The gang is made up of other members of The Lost who agreed witrh Jeremy's view that Johnny was an inferior president to Billy or viewed him as a snitch (due to Brian saying that Johnny had ratted Billy out resulting in his arrest).
Jeremy's Biker gang was a splinter faction of The Lost MC that Brian Jeremy founded the gang after Billy Grey's arrest after a failed drug deal with the Triads. The gang was formed of those bikers who believed Johnny Klebitz sold Billy out. However, the opposite is later revealed in the TBOGT mission Chinese Takeout.
The gang first appears in the mission End of Chapter; meeting up with Jim Fitzgerald and Terry, they explain to Johnny that Brian wants to meet at the Alderney docks and call a truce. However, Brian revealed his hostile intentions at the meet as he betrays the normal faction and orders his to open fire. All of the members that attacked Jim, Johnny, Terry and Clay were killed but Brian escaped. Considering the massive amount of gang members that attacked on Brian's orders, it appears as if Brian convinced a very large portion of The Lost to defect.
In the mission Bad Standing, it is revealed that Ray Boccino (who The Lost had met before) had been allied with the Jeremy biker gang. However, claiming that the civil dispute between the two was "bad for business", Boccino betrayed Jeremy and informed Klebitz of Brian Jeremy's Safehouse. Potentially using Terry and Clay's help (if he calls them for backup), Johnny is able to confront Brian. He is given the choice of either killing or sparing Jeremy, with Klebitz taking the safehouse as his own either way.
