Jesse is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series, being mentioned on the promotional Cultstoppers website for Grand Theft Auto V.
Jesse is an American man who the Cultstoppers believe to have been abducted by the Epsilon Program, as of 2013.
Jesse's cult name is "Zilldor," and he appears (sans glasses) in the mission "Unknowing the Truth," hopping off the Epsilon helicopter to escort you to your reward.
He can also be seen (randomly) at the Epsilon Program building.
He is voiced by Nikola Wincenc.
