Joe Lo Truglio (born December 2, 1970 in Ozone Park, Queens, New York) is an American voice actor, writer, comedian and actor who voiced Vincenzo Cilli in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories and the pedestrian in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
