K.A.C.C. military aviation fuel depot
K.A.C.C. is a military aviation fuel depot near Las Venturas. CJ stole a Leviathan from the depot as part of the Caligula casino heist in one mission. A Cargobob can sometimes be found on the helipad. The depot is innaccessible to civilians, but the player can enter by finding a Packer car since it is high enough and it is a mobile ramp.
The player will not receive any wanted level stars since there is nobody inside the base. The only way for the player to get out is to find the Cargobob, but K.A.C.C can open it's gates with the following vehicles the Patriot , Tank , and Barracks OL . the Flamethrower is the only weapon in K.A.C.C. The name may be a sly pun on the word "cock", but this is unknown.
