The depot is inaccessible to civilians, but will open its gates if approached by a Patriot, Rhino or Barracks OL. The player can also use a jetpack or any aircraft to fly over the fence or climb over it with aid of a high vehicle, such as the Packer.
There is nobody inside the depot, and entering it does not give the player any wanted level. To get out of the depot, the player can use the Cargobob or any car from the parking lot inside (the gates will open from within). Due to location an service type, it may be based in the Nellis Air Force Base .
Prominent appearances in mission
The depot makes its only appearance in the Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas storyline during Up, Up and Away! when Carl Johnson infiltrates the depot to steal a Leviathan while preparing for the Caligula's Casino heist.
- Cargobob on helipad.
- One Horseshoe north of deposit.
- The depot's name is a pun on the term "cack", a British slang term for faeces which also means "crap". The logo also features a curved line that resembles a person's buttocks.
- The name may also be a reference to the computer club where soon-to-be members of DMA Design (now Rockstar North) used to go to. It was called KACC, which stood for 'Kingsway Amateur Computer Club.'
