The Patriotism and Immigration Authority is a federal law enforcement agency under the National Office of Security Enforcement, appearing in Grand Theft Auto IV and its Episodes.
Description[]
The Patriotism and Immigration Authority is seemingly based on the U.S. Customs and Border Protection and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. As the title implies, the agency is responsible for immigration control.
The agency is called when the player reaches a 3-star wanted level. They will arrive in a NOOSE Cruiser or a NOOSE Patriot, which are much better performing than than the regular police cars. However, the vehicles are driven by the Liberty City Police Department or Alderney State Police, depending on the area where the player is.
The agency also operates the Annihilator helicopter, which sports the Patriotism and Immigration Authority livery. However, it is instead operated by the Tactical Response Unit.
