The Vance's House exterior
Lance Vance's Apartment is the apartment that Lance Vance lives in. It is located in the south of the Ocean Drive, Ocean Beach, |Vice City. Although referred to as an apartment, it is in fact a large house with a 2-car garage and a helipad. The interior from the house can only be seen in GTA Vice City Stories, in GTA Vice City, the apartment doesn't play any role in the storyline and probably is knocked down.
After Victor and Lance stole Martinez's and the Mendez Brothers' truck with the drugs, Lance brought an apartment at Ocean Beach which is a warehouse with loads of Drugs.
