Lance Vance's Apartment is an apartment located on Ocean Drive in Ocean Beach, Vice City.

Description

As its name implies, it is the home of Lance Vance, which he purchases after stealing a cocaine shipment from the Mendez Cartel. Although referred to as an apartment, it's actually a large house with a two-car garage and a helipad.

The interior of the house, the garage and the front driveway only appear in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. A few years later, the original garage has been removed and turned into an empty lot.

The house is still standing in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, although it plays no role in the storyline and it is unknown if Lance still lives there.

The house is based on the house on Washington Avenue 1 in Miami Beach, Florida, which is actually a steak restaurant known as Smith & Wollensky.
