Land, Sea and Air Race is a side-mission in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, activated by a Sanchez parked beside the lighthouse in Ocean Beach, Vice City. Once the mission starts, the player has to go through all the checkpoints near the beach and after jumping on a ramp, must switch to a Jetski and repeat the process of going through checkpoints. Upon reaching Leaf Links, the player will jump over another ramp and must switch vehicles again, this time to a Sea Sparrow. In the helicopter, the player has to fly through all the checkpoints. All of this must be done within 4:30 to beat the record. The initial bike race portion is particularly challenging due to the high number of pedestrians on the pathway.
