Lester "King" Leroc is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series, who appears as a main character in Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars.
Background
According to the LCPD Database (which lists his name as Lee Leroc), Lester is known to frequent Burger Shot restaurants and is frequently spotted wearing a "King of Rock" costume.
