The Liberty Sanitation Department, or LSD, is a uniformed force of sanitation workers in Liberty City in Grand Theft Auto IV. Their responsibilities include garbage collection using a Trashmaster, street cleaning and public park upkeeping.
The garbage collection branch of the LSD can be found in a warehouse in the Flatfish Place area of the Fishmarket South storing Trashmasters, while LSD street cleaners and gardeners are commonly found on the pathways and grassy patches in parks and road dividers. Many street sweepers around the city are not randomly spawned, but instead are scripted to sweep the same patch of ground when the player is in the area.

- The LSD is used as a front for the Pegorino family as there waste management consultation front.
- Unusually, the LSD logo crosses out another logo, a winged syringe, which is affiliated with Liberty City's medical service and seen on Ambulances in GTA IV.
