The Liberty State Pavillion Towers in GTA IV.

The Liberty State Pavillion Towers are large towers in Meadows Park, Dukes, Liberty City in GTA IV, left over from the Liberty City World's Fair. There is a ladder (accessible by Niko) that leads to three different observation decks with binoculars that provide views of Dukes, Broker and the skyline of Algonquin.


A notable feature of this structure is the longest ladder in the game, which stretches to the top of the highest pavillion (making for an impressive downwards slide)
