The Liberty State Pavillion Towers are large towers in Meadows Park, Dukes, Liberty City in GTA IV, left over from the Liberty City World's Fair. There is a ladder (accessible by Niko) that leads to three different observation decks with binoculars that provide views of Dukes, Broker and the skyline of Algonquin.
A notable feature of this structure is the longest ladder in the game, which stretches to the top of the highest pavillion (making for an impressive downwards slide)
