Locals Only! is a network of patriotic stores in Red County, San Andreas. This is a reference to the "Local Shop for Local People", in the BBC sitcom, The League of Gentlemen. All of the stores are inaccessible at all times during the game. Nothing will actually happen to the player when they go near it.
