Mary-Beth Williams is the new born baby of Louise and Marty that appears a few times in the game. It is thought that after both her parents die her aunt Mary-Jo takes care of her. She is an orphan.

- Mary-Beth Williams is the youngest person to be featured in the Grand Theft Auto series, and one of the few minors, the other being Jill Von Crastenburg in GTA IV.
- As she is a baby she was not voiced.
