Mary-Beth Williams is the new born baby of Louise and Marty that appears a few times in the game. It is thought that after both her parents die her aunt Mary-Jo takes care of her. She is an orphan.

- Mary-Beth Williams is the youngest person to be featured in the Grand Theft Auto series, and one of the few minors, the others being Jill Von Crastenburg in GTA IV and B-Dup from GTA San Andreas.
- She is the only baby seen in the GTA series.
- As she is a baby she was not voiced.
