Milton James
Milton James (born on February 23, 1942) is an American voice actor and actor who also uses the pseudonyms Richard Barnes, Milt Jamin, and Murray Williams. He provided the voice of United Liberty Paper contact in Grand Theft Auto IV and Grand Theft Auto V. He appeared in TV shows such shows as The Nanny, Rurouni Kenshin, Family Matters, Hill Street Blues, Street Fighter II: V, Arc the Lad, Mork & Mindy, Angie, The Transformers, Living Single, Magnum, P.I., Kidô senshi Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory, Cagney & Lacey, Teknoman, Head of the Class, Small Wonder, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, The Jamie Foxx Show, The Big O, Outlaw Star, Night Court, Family Ties, Beverly Hills, 90210, Gate Keepers, The Transformers, Magic Knight Rayearth and MADtv.
