The HVY Mixer is a large truck-based cement mixer featured in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online. It is the successor to the Cement Truck seen in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
Design
Grand Theft Auto V
The Mixer is designed as a truck with the usual cement mixer in its back. However, it has two different versions that only differs in aesthetic and both performs the same: a Biff-chassis variant, and a variant sharing its chassis with the Tipper. Both versions are operated by Skiver Construction Corporation.

Like its counterpart, is based partially on a Kenworth T800 Cement Chassis, but modified with the Phantom's headlights and front mud guards. This variant features 2 wheels on the rear end, at the top, which aren't functional, making it an 8 wheeled vehicle.

Based on the International Harvester S-2500 chassis, the Tipper-based variant is exactly the same as the 4-wheels variant of the original vehicle. This variant doesn't feature the rear wheels seen on the Biff variant, making it a triple axle truck.

Grand Theft Auto V
As expected, the Mixer has very poor performance. The Mixer has a slow speed but makes up for its brute force in pushing other vehicles. Due to its high center of gravity, it tips on its side quite easily, especially when navigating over rough, uneven terrain.

Trivia
- Both chassis of the Mixer are considered manufactured by HVY, despite only the Biff being manufactured by HVY and the Tipper manufactured by Brute. This is most likely a conversion, like the Romero and the Stretch.
- The Biff variant's exhaust stacks join together, yet don't join to the engine itself.
- The police scanner audio files refer to the vehicle's manufacturer as "skiver", indicating the company name rather than manufacturer.[1]
