Moweesha is a resident of Vice City who the Vice City Police Department believes is involved in dubious practices with Leo Teal. They also believe that Moweesha is paid company and is involved with other men, as well as being involved in "bizarre" practices with a manatee. Moweesha may also have links to Eugene, Teal's other love interest. Probably, he is one of the three hitmen who killed Harry, Lee and Victor Vance. The others two are Leo Teal and probably Eugene.
