Mr. Black is a charcter in Grand Theft Auto series who appears as an unseen, main character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.

Black is a businessman who resides in Vice City and, during the events of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, unintentionally employs Tommy Vercetti as a hitman.

Mr. Black and Leo Teal's names are most likely a parody on the cult classic, Reservoir Dogs, due to their surnames being colours, as are the codenames of each of the robbers in the film.
