'''Normandy''' is an all-industrial town in [[Alderney]], just north of [[Port Tudor]], and south of [[Alderney City]]. [[Phil Bell]] owns a depot here where [[Niko]] takes his missions from. When doing the [[Car Thefts]] for [[Stevie]] the [[Sentinel]] is parked here. Normandy is based on the industrial area of [[wp:Bayonne, New Jersey|Bayonne, New Jersey]]. It consists of one main factory, some gas tanks, one dock as part of Alderney's harbor, and a few industrial small offices, some of which to control the gate which allows commuters from Alderney City to enter the Alderney harbor. The town is the smallest municipality in Alderney, with the exception of Alderney State Correctional Facility. When going through Normandy you are allowed a view of the beautiful Algonquin Skyline.

The city is bordered by Acter to the west, Alderney City to the north, and Port Tudor to the south. Strower Avenue runs from Mueri Street in Berchem under Roebuck Road to Normandy, and can be used to get to and from Acter. An unnamed road runs from the north at Roebuck Road to Normandy, and you can travel around the following factory to Port Tudor. Getting out of the town will require a vehicle, unless you wish to walk, because very rarely even a truck drives through the area, nonetheless a taxi, but of course in [[GTA IV]] later in the game you can get a ride in Brucie's helicopter.

Normandy is an industrial district in the State of Alderney. It is located within the center of Alderney, bordered by Strower Avenue to the west (Acter), the West River to the East (Purgatory in Algonquin, Liberty City), Roebuck Road to the north (Alderney City) and Port Tudor to the south.

Character
