Northstar Rock.
Northstar Rock is a small area in Red County, San Andreas, located north of Los Santos. The name Northstar Rock is a reference to Rockstar Games, particularly Rockstar North, who produce the Grand Theft Auto games. On the In-Game Map it says North Rock not Northstar Rock.
