Pat
Pat is a businessman based in Bedford Point on Staunton Island and is an associate of Cisco, who refers to Pat as a woman. At one point he refuses to sell some shoes made by Cisco because he had not been paid for previous work. Mike attempts to threaten Pat by putting meat into the empty space of the heel and telling Pat that the meat is from his dog. However, Pat begins to attack Mike (alongside his associates Georgie, Tomas and Rafael) but is killed.

- Pat looks like a man, although he/she refers to him/herself as a "gal". It is unclear what it is. It is implied he/she is a transvestie.
