Phil's Shooting Range is a side mission in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, located at Phil's Depot, Viceport. As the name implies, it is a shooting range to give the player practice with manually aimed weapons. Like the shooting range in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, it can be very difficult due to the limitations of the analog stick or D-pad of the PlayStation Portable and PlayStation 2 consoles being used as the manual aim.

The guns used for each round are 9mm pistol, Micro SMG, Shotgun, M16 and the Dragunov laser sighted sniper rifle. A similar shooting competition-style side mission is played in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. The major difference is that the GTA: SA game is a competition with AI-controlled characters, whereas the VCS version is only Victor vs. the clock.
