Philip Michael Thomas
Philip Michael Thomas (born May 26, 1949 in Columbus, Ohio) is an American actor, voice actor and musician whose he is most known for the role of Ricardo Tubbs in the 1980s hit series Miami Vice. He also provided the voice of Lance Vance in both Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, both of which were heavily influenced by Miami Vice.
