Philip Michael Thomas (May 26, 1949 in Columbus, Ohio) is an American actor whose most known role is as Ricardo Tubbs in the 1980s hit series Miami Vice. He also provided the voice of Lance Vance in both Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.
