Portland View
Portland View is a small district of Portland Island, Liberty City comprised of both residential housing and commercial businesses. Portland Island's LCPD police station and hospital, Sweeney General Hospital, are both located in the district. In 1998, Mickey Hamfists resides in the district. The district is located between Chinatown, Saint Mark's and Trenton.
