Prodo is the co-host of the KGBH radio station in Anywhere City, along with DJ Bomba Tomba. He is a "sidekick" DJ, similar to Andee of Lips 106 (during the events of Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories). Bomba Tomba presumably hates Prodo, as he interrupts him or cuts him off whenever he speaks; he also threatened to beat him up, although this may just be brought on by Bomba Tomba's drunkenness.
