Push Up - The Movie is a film featured on the radio in GTA Vice City Stories. It is a clear parody of Rocky and other patriotic sports hero movies of the 1980s, based primarily on Sylvester Stallone's Rocky IV (released 1985) but featuring plot elements in his other film, the 1987 Over the Top. The main Soviet villain is even a caricature of Rocky's famous opponent Ivan Drago. This film stars Jack Howitzer and involves him beating the reds in a push up contest to win back his wife from the tennis coach.
