Rafael's in GTA Vice City.
Rafael's is a clothing store that appears in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City located in Ocean Beach, Vice City, south of Ken Rosenberg's office.
This store has no interior, but has a soiree suit clothes change after "The Party".
The store is first introduced in the story during the mission "The Party", when Tommy is instructed by Ken Rosenberg to wear a suit for Juan Cortez' party by making a stopover at Rafael's, where Tommy attains a Soiree Suit, which is also worn by Ken and Lance Vance. After the mission, the Soiree Suit pickup will constantly appear in front of the store, readily available to the player. Later, in the mission "Riot", Tommy is able to obtain the Coveralls from the store, although, afterwards, they are only available at the Tooled Up hardware store.
The building housing Rafael's is unmarked in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.
