Ralph will be alone, but might attempt to flee in a Landstalker if the player gets too close. He can be easily brought down with a Stun Gun. If he does try to escape in a vehicle, shooting two of the vehicle's tires out will make him surrender. Once he surrenders, approaching him will allow him follow you to a car. If the player wishes to kill him, he can easily be killed with a Sniper Rifle from the top of the quarry.
If captured alive, Ralph reveals that he is being charged for check fraud, money laundering and workers' compensation fraud. Trevor gets interested, thinking that Ralph is involved in a big money laundering scheme, but then says that he was only the middle man in a shell company that was using a minimal workers' compensation insurance policy to charge subcontractors a fee to use that company as a dummy paper trail for their undocumented workers. This results in Trevor saying that he is probably the most boring criminal alive and the jail will be a good place for him. He also says that he was hiding in the quarry due to one of the mining contractors that he had worked with told him he could lie low there. He also mentions that he was sleeping in a bulldozer for weeks.
I got this tip-off this particular reprobate has been hiding out at the quarry. Slippery character by all accounts so you might have a runner on your hands.
- He was seen in the gameplay trailer where Trevor Philips shoves him inside Maude's house.
- When describing his time in prison, Trevor says that the jail was very freeing and that he even enjoyed himself there. Humorously, his tone leaves the impression that he had sexual relations with other prisoners in jail, though this could have been a joke on his part.
- Ralph has the same character model as the mechanic from the Tow Truck mission and some pedestrians around Los Santos.
- Ralph's shirt has the Pisswasser logo on it.
