The Reefer is a boat that has been on the Grand Theft Auto series of games since Vice City. It has also made a reappearance on Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. It is a slow fishing boat that can be obtained by a dock or on the water. It's name is a reference to the marijuana plant.
