Background[]
Reg is the brother of Lenny Smith, an associate of the Crisp Twins.
Events of Grand Theft Auto: London 1969[]
Reg is confronted by the GTA London Protagonist in order to find his brother Lenny, after the Crisp Twins ordered his death. According to Terry Dorkins, the Crisp Twins have run out of patience with Lenny Smith, and they task the protagonist with killing Lenny's associates, including Reg Smith.
Reg reveals Lenny's location after being beaten by the protagonist, and killed by the protagonist right after that, under orders of the Crisps' contact. It is later revealed that the Crisp Twins wanted Lenny dead because he found out they wanted the protagonist dead, and he would certainly warn the protagonist as he's considered by them as a "squealer".
