Biography
Background
Rico a member of the Cuban gang circa 1980s.
1986
Tommy Vercetti, looking to prove himself to Umberto Robina, has to participate in a boat challenge.
Later, Rico continues to help Vercetti to steal some of the Haitians cocaine and ambush a deal betewen the Haitians and the Sharks, in wich is boat is destroyed by a grenade, Rico however survives the explosion, and helps Tommy and Pepe to destroy the Haitians drugs factory.
