Rico Garlik is a resident of Liberty City in 1998 and is a member of the Sicilian Mafia. Garlik is a multiplayer character in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories.
His name is a pun on the saying "Reek of Garlic" due to the fact that Italian's use garlic in their food (ie pasta sauce and pizza) , and to the fact that he is Italian.
