Robert Loggia (born as Salvatore Loggia on January 3, 1930 in Staten Island, New York) is an Italian-American actor, director, voice actor and former radio and TV anchor who voiced Ray Machowski in Grand Theft Auto III. He appeared in films such as Scarface, Oliver & Company, Independence Day, The Dog of Flanders, Revenge of the Pink Panther, Curse of the Pink Panther, Tim and Eric's Billion Dollar Movie and Trail of the Pink Panther.

He also appeared in TV shows like Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color, Vega$, Cannon, Ellery Queen, The Wackiest Ship in the Army, Mancuso, FBI, Wonder Woman, Studio One in Hollywood, Magnum, P.I., Tom Goes to the Mayor, Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, The Sopranos, Alcoa Presents: One Step Beyond, The F.B.I., S.W.A.T., Stories from My Childhood, Route 66, Ben Casey, Family Guy, Naked City, Harry O, Police Woman, Monk, A Man Called Shenandoah, Play of the Week, Tarzan, Queens Supreme, Hawaii Five-O, The Manhunter, Kojak, The Doctors and the Nurses, Men of a Certain Age, The Name of the Game, Caribe, T.H.E.
