Robin Emblind is a resident of Liberty City in 1998. Emblind is a multiplayer character in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. He is a street criminal and wears a dark brown coat with a purple shirt underneath and a red cap. His name is a play on the phrase "robbing them blind", which refers to when someone cheats someone else out of a large sum of money.
