The Rural Clothes is an outfit available only after getting a 100% relationship status with Helena Wankstein. They consist of blue overalls, a checkered shirt underneath and black sneakers. They are the same sort of clothes that some farmer peds wear in the Red County area of San Andreas. This will be because Helena is found in Blueberry, Red County.
