Sergeant Peppah is a character from the Grand Theft Auto series who appears as a minor character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. His voice actor is not credited.
Events of GTA Vice City Stories
Peppah is a sergeant who is based at the Fort Baxter Air Base, and along with Sergeant Jerry Martinez, is Victor Vance's commanding officer.
Peppah is first seen approaching Vance when the latter arrives at the base in a Barracks OL. Peppah later kicks Victor out of the army after seeing him bring a prostitute named Mary to Martinez, calling him a "disgrace" for the army, as well as finding Martinez' drugs in his room.
