The "White Shark" also known as Streetwannabe's Leader is a minor character featured in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.

GTA Vice City

He apearently stole 3% of Diaz'smoney and he was not happy about it. Tommy was supposed to follow him during the The Chase to see where he lives. During Phnom Penh '86 Diaz send Tommy and Lance to kill him, destroy his gang and taking back the money. During a short shotfight he was killed by Tommy.
