Shifty Car Rental is a car rental company, which appeared in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. The logo can be found near Escobar International Airport. The company is apparently not entirely legal or truthful, as their name suggests: shifty denotes a person who is hiding something. They are based off the real life company Thrifty Car Rental. Shifty when read from far is also easily recognisable as 'Shitty'.
