A parked Perennial can be found in the alleyway behind the building, and signage of the building claims that the hotel has rooms by the hour. The building is inaccessible to either Claude or to Toni and plays no role in the storyline of both games whatsoever.
The hotel makes a minor appearance in The Introduction in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, when shows Carl walking down the hotel's alleyway. He passes a random man and then pulls out a gun. He shoves the man up against the wall and demands the man give him money. The man gives Carl everything he has, and he pistol whips the man before leaving.
