―Weapons Workshop description.

The Vom Feuer Special Carbine Mk II is a weapon that appears in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the Doomsday Heist update.

Design

Grand Theft Auto Online

The weapon is the Mark II version of the Special Carbine. Notable changes are a dfferent handguard, a different top rail with smaller iron sights and an L-shaped lightweight stock.

Performance

Grand Theft Auto Online

Compared to the default Special Carbine, rate of fire remains similar and damage per shot is increased from 32 to 32.5, accuracy can be increased by a muzzle brake and with the heavy barrel applied, long-range damage falls to 50% of point blank damage (as for other Mk II weapons) instead of 30% for most weapons. This overall makes it a more effective weapon, especially at longer ranges. However, it no longer has an option to apply a box magazine, and are limited to 60 bullets instead of 100 as a result.

When compared to other assault rifles, it has the highest damage per second, the difference with other mk II assault rifles being a slightly faster rate of fire (compensating by far the higher damage per shot of the Assault Rifle Mk II, who despite dealing 40 damage per shot is a much slower weapon). It however has weaker damage per second than the Combat MG Mk II but assault rifles are more accurate, making the choice a tradeoff.

When applying any specialized ammo, its magazine size will be reduced to 20 rounds.
