The Staunton Safehouse as seen in GTA III.
The Staunton Island safehouse is a safehouse in Grand Theft Auto III and unlocked after the mission "Last Requests", given by Asuka Kasen to Claude, the protagonist. However, the safehouse is available for use from the beginning after completing "Luigi's Girls". The safehouse, embedded under a skyscraper, is at Belleville Park and contains a garage which can store up to two vehicles. The player saves the game by accessing an elevator that heads to an unspecified part of the building.
The house is believed to be owned by the Yakuza as in a mission in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, Toni Cipriani, the protagonist, goes there to kill the former Yakuza waka-gashira, Kazuki Kasen.
