Stephen "Steve" Scott is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series who appears as a main character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (set in 1986).
Scott is a film producer at the InterGlobal Films studios in Vice City.
Steve Scott is a parody of film director Steven Spielberg. After completing the asset missions for the InterGlobal Film Studio, posters for the film Bite, starring Candy Suxxx and directed by Scott begin to appear. This is a reference to the film Jaws, directed by Spielberg. The film Closer Encounters, also directed by Scott and starring Candy Suxxx, is a parody of the film Close Encounters of the Third Kind, directed by Spielberg.
