This is incorrect, or erroneous as a professional would say it. The reason is because this is NOT the Calafia Bridge. The Calafia Bridge is the small truss bridge that surrounds the northwestern corner of Alamo Sea that leads into Cassidy Creek. It would be suggested to call this the Calafia Train Bridge. Name[]

The bridge is named a couple of different names.

  • During Derailed, Trevor names the bridge "Raton Canyon Bridge", telling Michael to meet him under the Raton Canyon Bridge with a boat.
  • According to a postcard on the GTA V digital manual, the bridge is called "Calafia Bridge".

Calafia Bridge is, in-game, the name of the small road bridge crossing the mouth of the river, both on the in-game HUD, the official in-game map, and according to Lester in Pacific Standard - Convoy, "Head out to Calafia Bridge". Considering that Calafia Bridge points more towards the road bridge and not the rail bridge, Raton Canyon seems both more logical and more referenced. Monk Talk 17:46, March 17, 2019 (UTC)

Given the mission dialogue uses title case for "Raton Canyon Bridge", I feel that is the best evidence we have. The postcard name could denote it is showing the "area" of Calafia Bridge, not necessarily calling that bridge by that name, although that is a stretch I admit. The road bridge clearly is named Calafia Bridge in several missions, on the in-game HUD and map, and even more specifically on the physical game map. It is unquestionably called that. Smurfy: illuminate - communicate - spectate 22:46, March 17, 2019 (UTC)
