Took care of this one. If there's anything I'm missing, let me know. Ironically enough, I drive one of these daily for my job. --XavierGTR (talk) 08:15, September 23, 2013 (UTC)

"It can be assumed that the Docktug is equipped with either a naturally aspirated V8 or V10 engine." Is there any basis for this assumption? The real-life counterpart is powered by a turbo-charged six-cylinder diesel engine, thus the reason for it's large amount of torque. Most standard naturally aspirated engines would a provide larger horsepower number, but lower toque, thus not being nearly as idea for towing heavy loads.  Vinciere (talk) 12:12, April 27, 2015 (UTC)

Here on the wiki, been GTA, it doesn't mean the vehicle HAS to have the same engine as it has in real life. Just think, its sound sounds very roary and load, thus making it a large engine... and thus the reason there is two possibilities stated. MONKEYPOLICE188 (talk) | (stalk) 16:18, April 27, 2015 (UTC)
Awesome, good to know. Thanks for the clarification. Guess my love of real cars got in the way. Sorry! Vinciere (talk) 20:59, April 28, 2015 (UTC)
No problem. It's only recently we upped our game in performance sections for vehicle articles, as they seemed to feature the statistics of their real counterpart. The wiki is meant to display information from the game, or what can be seen/proved/found in game. :)
In all fact, you can't really see the engine of this particular vehicle, but the sound, power and response gives it a multiple choice engine. I will update the article MONKEYPOLICE188 (talk) | (stalk) 21:02, April 28, 2015 (UTC)
